How to

  1. Complete and submit the form below using the email address associated with your Melody App account.
  2. The team will delete your account data.
  3. Confirmation of account data deletion will be sent to the email address provided in the form, below.

Please note: All personally identifiable data will be deleted, and once deleted - unrecoverable - including: name, email address and any data logged in the app.
